Office and hotel developer warímpex needed a sustainability strategy for its real estate developments, in particular addressing internal and external demands, a strategy for building certificates as well as sustainability standards and the sustainability USP of its projects.
Our solution
Our denkstatt consulting team – combining its sustainability strategy and sustainable buildings approaches – developed a sustainability strategy, starting from internal as well as external (clients and stakeholders) sustainability requirements. Based on this, a strategy for dealing with sustainable building certifications was set and specific sustainability qualities and standards were developed. These were integrated into project development and sustainability management processes. Moreover, sustainable energy solutions were specifically looked at, with building and technical solutions put in a manual and applied to a hotel project.
