In 2010, Bank Austria decided to be one of the first banks in Austria to introduce a nationwide environmental management system, thus improving environmental protection and environmental performance throughout the company. A particular challenge was the inclusion of all branches and head offices throughout Austria to create a holistic understanding of environmental management and environmental protection.
Our solution
Starting in 2010, our experts accompanied Bank Austria during the introduction of an environmental management system according to ISO 14001 and have since then continuously supported the improvement and further development of the management system. This includes support in strategic developments, goals and measures, environmental data management, legal compliance, and regular meetings.
